Fitzpatrick is the developer and long-term owner of its assets, and this feature is reflected in the design and construction philosophy of all our facilities.

Fitzpatrick commenced development of the Erskine Park “Fitzpatrick Industrial Park Estate” in 2008. This land, which still forms an integral part of the business today,  was purchased by Ray Fitzpatrick in the early 1950’s, and has remained in family ownership ever since.

Fitzpatrick has experience across all asset classes, having a strategic focus on Industrial & Commercial development. We leverage both strong building and design expertise and extensive property management expertise through our enduring partnerships with FDC Building, a leading national construction and fitout business and Bishops Real Estate, a leading commercial property consulting group.
